Welcome to Year 2!

In Year 2 we love seeing the children mature and develop across the curriculum and add to the skills and knowledge they already have. We do have assessments towards the end of year 2, but these are done in a way that is familiar to the children and that gives them the opportunity to show how much they know!

Year 2 Learning Overviews

Each half-term we publish the Learning Overviews for Year 2. These summarise our learning for the term and include information about English, maths, science, geography or history, computing, PE, RE, PSHE, art or DT, music and MFL. Please note, that due to the nature of our planning cycles, some subjects are not taught every half term,
